Enfield Food Festival: Matthew Robinson’s Hothouse Q+A

At the end of the food producers’ interviews, I asked them all a series of questions to get to the nitty-gritty of their psyche, aka an excuse to be nosey about their food life at home.

So, today we put Matthew Robinson, head grower of Forty Hall Farm, in the hothouse seat and find out what he enjoys for breakfast (unusual but sounds great), his favourite cooking utensil, and his revealing reply to whether he’s a messy or tidy cook (one of my favourite answers).
