However, if for any reason you decide that the book is not for you, return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt and we will send you a refund for the full price paid for the book.
To ensure that your book/s reach us in pristine condition, please pack securely. We strongly recommend that you return goods to us in the book wrap in which they were despatched, as padded bags or envelopes invariably fail to provide adequate protection. We recommend that you use registered or recorded delivery when returning books to us.
Should we make an error with your order, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to rectify matters as soon as possible.
